DISCOVERY OF THE PROBLEM

We set out to help solve the problem of poor conversion rates and high abandoned cart rates. We focused on the user journey to drive more traffic via the correct channels to take this apparel business to the next level.

THE OUTCOMES

The overall statistics improved, seeing an increase in traction for the brand.

Conversions up from 0.6% to 2.9%, just under industry average, whilst abandoned cart got down below industry average, 74.75% to 66.89%.

More online sales and history of solid data/analytics, opened up new avenues for the company, partnering with 3rd party sales platforms like The Iconic to get more exposure.
